Don't Spread Germs

Payson Unified School District Nurses and Health Specialists encourage everyone to wash their hands frequently.

Specifically, Wash your hands right away.

  • Wet
  • Lather
  • Scrub (20 seconds)
  • Rinse
  • Dry
After washing keep your hands out of your eyes, nose and mouth where most germs are produced. Hand washing can prevent 1 in 5 respiratory illnesses and 1 in 3 diarrheal illnesses.
