Message from the Principal

Greetings, 

I would like to welcome you to the Julia Randall Elementary School website. I hope you enjoy visiting our site and that you return often to keep up-to-date on what is going on at JRE. I am very proud of JRE and am honored to be the principal of such a great school. Our staff is caring, dedicated and professional. Each member of our staff works hard to ensure the children at our school reach their greatest potential in all academic areas. The teachers at JRE are highly educated and continually enhance their instructional practices through staff development. Some of our students speak English as a second language, and our teachers make an extra effort to ensure that all students are successful. JRE is a school where cultural and linguistic diversity is respected and accommodated.

 From a very early age, I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I have always loved teaching and learning. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than helping others become successful. My greatest desire is that the children at JRE become lifelong learners.

 I believe our children can have a better life than we do. We just have to provide them with the right opportunities. As the father of four children, I believe there is nothing more important than to read to your child every day and to be active in their school and educational lives. I want you to feel you are always welcome here at JRE. If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s education, please come in. We want to build a community of learners where all people are respected and valued.
